Terms & Conditions

I. Introduction and Use of Site

  1. Applicability: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of Clean Signature LLC’s website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.

  2. Legal Compliance: All use of the site and services must comply with applicable federal, state (including Florida), and local laws.

 

II. Right of Refusal

Clean Signature LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Inability to access the property or essential utilities (power, water, HVAC)

  • Frequent cancellations, reschedules, or improper booking practices

  • Requests outside the agreed scope or omission of rooms/areas

  • Rude, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff

  • Attempting to poach company staff

  • Invalid or non-functional billing information

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • Requests violating laws, privacy, or regulatory standards

Decisions are made at the company’s discretion to ensure safety, fairness, and compliance with law.

 

III. Payment Terms

  1. Accepted Methods: Credit and debit cards, as well as Zelle and Venmo or other bank transfer methods to Clean Signature LLC’s business account in case of payment issues via the website.

  2. Pre-Service Authorization: A hold may be placed on funds prior to service; payment is processed after service completion.

  3. Account Security: Payment data is stored in PCI-compliant systems. Clean Signature LLC has access only to the last four digits of your card.

  4. Receipts: Automatically emailed post-service.

  5. Payment Due: Full payment is due on the day of service.

 

IV. Gift Cards & Gratuity

  1. Gift Cards: Non-refundable, non-cash redeemable, delivered electronically. Replacement not guaranteed if lost or misused.

  2. Gratuity: Optional; 100% goes directly to staff.

 

V. Property Damage and Accident Policy

  1. Responsibility: Clean Signature LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or actions of third parties.

  2. Reporting: Accidental damage during service is reported immediately. Clients must notify Clean Signature LLC of other incidents within 24 hours to be considered for reimbursement.

  3. Liability Limit: Limited to the lesser of actual repair cost or $500, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  4. Client Obligations: Secure valuables and provide instructions for fragile items.

 

VI. Scheduling & Service

  1. Recurring Services: Scheduled according to client agreement; consistent staff assignments are not guaranteed.

  2. One-Time Services: Scheduled in standard blocks; adjustments may occur for property-specific needs.

  3. Arrival Windows: Exact times not guaranteed; for condos/apartments, clock starts at front desk arrival.

  4. In-Home Labor Hours: Billing is based on staff × hours worked.

  5. Holidays: Services falling on company-observed holidays will be rescheduled with notice.

 

VII. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Clients must report issues within 24 hours.

  • Clean Signature LLC will re-clean affected areas at no cost.

  • Visual documentation (photos/videos) is recommended for faster resolution.

 

VIII. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  1. Limitation: Clean Signature LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from site use, service, or third-party actions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

  2. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Signature LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from losses or claims arising from violation of these Terms.

 

IX. Third-Party Services

  • Service providers may receive limited personal data strictly to perform contracted services.

  • Clean Signature LLC is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties beyond contractual obligations.

 

X. Intellectual Property

  1. Copyright: All site content is copyrighted by Clean Signature LLC; personal use for service orders allowed. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without permission.

  2. Trademarks: Company trademarks are protected; unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

XI. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by Florida law and applicable federal law.

  • Disputes resolved in state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  • Claims must be filed within 1 year of incident.

 

XII. Modifications

  • Clean Signature LLC may update these Terms at any time.

  • Significant changes affecting services or client obligations will be communicated via website or email.

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
